The Essence is an 84-unit condominium complex that sits along Chong Kuo Road, part of the Singapore government’s designated rejuvenation region. Nestled in a private residential enclave, it enjoys a low density environment that assures a peaceful lifestyle.

We were tasked to work on the branding, identity, digital, as well as spatial design of the show gallery.
The logotype takes visual cues from the architecture designed by President Design Award winning firm, Park Associates Architects.

Inspired by the rise and fall of the forms, the brand story revolves around the claim statement—Life in Rhythm—a subtle intent of the residents living the life and returning back to a beautiful, restful enclave.
